THE GLOBAL BRIDGES IDEAWhy Global Bridges?
Connection begins
with conversation.
The Global Bridges Project is a youth-led initiative founded by Naser Al-Qatami to connect young people across countries and communities.
Through conversations with people from different backgrounds, we create opportunities to exchange perspectives, explore cultures, and develop a broader understanding of the world.
We believe meaningful conversations can bridge differences, challenge assumptions, and help young people see the world through new perspectives.

PROJECT DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
Meet the founder
Naser F. Al-Qatami.
Student Founder · Business & International Affairs
Naser F. Al-Qatami is a Grade 11 student at the Universal American School of Kuwait with a strong interest in business management, international affairs, and entrepreneurship. Through academic enrichment, public speaking, and student-led initiatives, he has developed an interest in bringing people together through meaningful conversations and shared perspectives.
As the Founder and Project Director of Global Bridges Project, Naser established a student-led interview initiative built around a simple idea: although young people may grow up in different countries, cultures, and communities, they can share similar ideas, concerns, and aspirations. The project creates opportunities for students to exchange perspectives, learn from one another, and develop a broader understanding of the world.
Beyond Global Bridges Project, Naser has gained experience in marketing, sponsorships, and project management through STEM Racing Kuwait, including representing Kuwait at the 2025 and 2026 STEM Racing World Finals in Singapore. He has also participated in Harvard University's Pre-College Program, completed college coursework through Arizona State University, and delivered a youth talk at TEDx UAS Kuwait.
A project built to outlast its founder.
Naser's long-term vision is for Global Bridges Project to become a sustainable international student network that continues to grow beyond his own time leading it. Through a network of ambassadors, he hopes to enable students around the world to conduct interviews, share local perspectives, and carry the project forward across generations of student leaders.
These figures represent long-term goals, not current totals.
